F&H Huntsville to provide site work for City of Huntsville Bus Transfer Station
F&H Huntsville Selected to Provide Modifications to the Bus Transfer Station for the City of Huntsville, AL
The proposed scope of work will consist of the development of construction plans for site work associated with the renovation of the existing transfer station located at the corner of Church Street and Cleveland Avenue. F&H will perform a topographic survey of the property. Plans will be prepared to meet City of Huntsville standards and will be submitted to the Planning Commission for LC&E review and approval. While plans will be advertised by the City of Huntsville, F&H will attend pre-bid and bid opening meetings as well as provide assistance with construction observation services throughout the duration of the construction. The construction observation services will consist of field review prior to and during construction for compliance to the construction plans and documents. F&H will be responsible for developing a final punch list for the project and provide survey and site design services.
