Miller Earns SC Professional Engineering License
Florence & Hutcheson is pleased to announce that Thomas Miller, of Columbia has earned his Professional Engineering license in the State of South Carolina. Miller joined Florence & Hutcheson in 2006 as a Hydraulic Designer. He is responsible for Hydrologic Analysis, Hydraulic Design and Analysis, Roadway Drainage Design, Sediment and Erosion Control and Water Quality Analysis. He is a graduate of Clemson University where he earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
